  I have never felt "ripped off". If anything I really liked my experience there. He was extremely nice and helpful. My two sons and I recently had purchased a few games. One didn't work he was very kind to my boys and replaced it and then some. He always gives us deals and works with me on prices. I feel his goal is to make his customers happy. I read those other posts and was shocked. I just had to express how much we enjoy shopping at Steel City!!! Its actually a great store!! Thanks, Char & Big Boys!!

  Dudes a Jew, will tell you one thing on the phone to get you there and then low-ball you in person, always rude as hell and if your product is not working right or isn't what you thought you were getting good luck getting him to make it right.... basically don't deal with him unless you've got a way to get over on him!!!!

  I have/had a perfectly functioning Casio music keyboard with a plug that had a short in it so the wires needed to be jigled somtimes to get it to work. I called and asked if they could fix it and they said they could repair the circut board which was supposed to take 1 hour and ended up taking two weeks with several promises to be done " tommorrow" and "i'll come in early to work on it" ect. They never called me, I always called them for status updates. When i finaly did go to pick it up it looked like nothing had beed done to it since the first hour of repair. I stood there for an hour while attempted repairs were made. I brought it home to test it and not only did the cord that you used to have to jigle not work at all but one of the speakers, and the power light failed to work. He said he would refund my money if after Brought it home and tested it it didn't work. How nice of him. It's broke, He should pay to replace it. My music keyboard is broken. Instead of doing a minor repair that i could have lived with the guy broke it. I don't want a refund i just went ahead and bought another keyboard. i just want somone to read this and keep shopping elsewhere. he charged 35 bucks up front. I got ripped off

  Look anywhere online, Craigslist, Google, etc. and see all the negative posts about this "business". Buyer beware. The owner has an extensive criminal history dealing mainly with theft and is a pathological liar. Dealt with him once, never again will I make that mistake.
