  This is an insurance company I would stay away from. Erie Insurance billed us daily charges for the people in our household for "having access" to the vehicles on the policy, even though they were not driving the vehicles at any point. We only wanted a quote to get them added to the policy and I guess they didn't like the fact we were shopping around. They refused to budge on the charges after inquiring and reiterating they weren't driving the vehicles. Well guess what, I have access to other insurance companies!

  This business sponsors a faith fest which is a non inclusive gathering of people who are of one religion and support the exclusion of people based on sexual orientation, marital status, and other defining characteristics. I will not do business with those who choose to support bigotry!

  If your looking for expert claims handling, expeditiously paid out claims, a company that values there customer - KEEP LOOKING . my daughter was struck as a pedestrian by an Erie insured and not only has no one to date inquired about her condition , when I do initiate contact , customer service is professional but the claims department is deplorable. They have yelled at me and even hung up when I requested to be transferred to a supervisor . If you are seeking to abuse people - work here they do not by practice monitor calls for quality assurance . And they don't give a darn about anyone that equates a pay out on there behalf
