- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been banking here for years. As a Credit Union they have great loan rates and great customer service. I can't believe that people rate it badly because they cannot manage their money and then get overdraft fees! - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank has terrible customer service! Other than that, the bank is good. The reps is what makes this rating a two star! Overdraft fees is outrageous! One rep tells me it's takes 24hours to charge my account now it's one minute!?!? Definitely closing this bank ASAP!
