  Never again! The lady I saw was very rude and not well trained. She had to keep going around to her coworkers asking for help. Then it was lunch time and they were having cake. This was more important than her finishing my taxes so she excused herself and said she'd call me when she figured out how to do my taxes. Two weeks later I called, because I hadn't heard anything back. I asked the person who answered the phone if my taxes were done and after she asked I told her about how the lady never finished them. Then the lady that did my taxes lies, adamant that she finished them until the other lady apparently leaves the room and she admits that she still hasn't done them and will get them done for the weekend. My taxes were really not that complicated. I don't own a business or anything. And the whole time the lady acted so rude and put out that I was even there. Poor training and poor customer service.

  We have gone here the last 3 years. Always excellent service. Would highly recommend as the cost is fair and highly qualified tax preparers.

  I have used Tax Strategies for the last 9 years and could not be happier with their service. Mary Dyleski is great. For years I used a guy who was cheap, but his work was sloppy and he was very slow. Then I used an accounting service and he was fine, but way too expensive. Tax Strategies is the perfect balance, they are reasonably priced, knowledgeable and do quick work. I wouldn't use anyone else. Keep up the good work.
