  It's against the law to charge a percentage to pay with a debit or credit card. And they charge 4% of the total transaction!!!

  Second check all of their work... I purchased a truck out of state and went through Sue's to pay my PA tax. I had a number of discounts and rebates applied to my purchase which lowered the final sales price by $12k. The person who then calculated the taxes I owed added all those price reductions back into the value and even added in my trade-in value???...long story short, they calculated my tax rate on a $62k sales price when my final sale price was only $41k. On top of all that, I found a math error in their calculation. They would have inflated my tax bill by almost $2400. Please note that their parking lot is small and hard to maneuver...so you will have difficulties if you have a trailer you need to get title/registration on...in fact, you wont be able to maneuver at all if the lot is full. This is a state law gripe, but note that any purchase made outside of state must be there physically (i.e. trailer), for state law requires that they personally verify the VIN (which makes no sense to me...apparently the titles from other states aren't as good as PA titles...smh)

  TERRIBLE experience! The agent almost ruined our transaction by inserting his opinion of the price of our vehicle in front of the buyer! MIND YOUR BUSINESS AND DO YOUR JOB!!! I've gone here before without a problem, but now they are too expensive and when the agents start causing your buyer to reconsider??? - suffice it to say, I will NEVER go back! DO NOT go here for a title transfer!
